Tomorrow is R U OK? Day – A Day dedicated to reminding us all to check in with one another and ask, “R U OK?” It’s a small question with the potential to start important conversations and provide the support we all need at times. 💛
The HMAS Whyalla will light up yellow tonight and tomorrow to show support. Join us by wearing yellow tomorrow and show yours! Let’s continue to support each other, and Ask R U OK? Any Day because life happens every day. 💛

Our meeting place, Breeze Bistro, has closed permanently. We need to find a new meeting place that serves good food and has a private function area. We are a small club and would have a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10 people at our meetings. We do however have special events once or twice a year where we could have up to 40 people attending. We normally meet on an evening from 6:30 to 8:30 currently Wednesday evenings but probably prefer a Monday evening. Are there any suggestions? ... See MoreSee Less

Hey, John Hewko here! I'm curious, what do you consider the most valuable benefit of being part of Rotary?
As Membership and New Club Development Month comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the benefits of Rotary membership.
For me, the advantages are clear:
1️⃣ Global Reach: Rotary empowers us to make a meaningful impact in communities worldwide.
2️⃣ Professional Growth: Rotary membership opens doors for leadership development and expanding our professional networks.
3️⃣ Community Engagement: Being part of Rotary means collaborating with a diverse group of leaders who are passionate about service.
What would you add to the list? I encourage you to explore what Rotary membership could mean for you: on.rotary.org/4byo44Z

Walk for Respect With Us on 14 September!
ROTARY D9510 is delighted to again unite all the Rotary Clubs across our District to Walk for Respect, to say NO to Domestic Violence and YES to Respectful Relationships on Saturday 14 September.
We would love YOU to walk peacefully with us on the day in the parade, as we all aim to raise awareness of DV and Coercive Control in our community, while showing support those at risk and in bad relationships.
We’ll arrive in Victoria Square, Adelaide, from 9am on the day. Grab a coffee, mix and mingle – catch up with friends … or make a new friend.
10am … We walk along King William Street to the Elder Park Rotunda where we’ll enjoy some great speakers for a half hour or so. More Coffee. More Food. More Info on www.WalkForRespect.au
Register Today … it’s FREE to participate. Bring your family. Bring your friends. You can choose ROTARY DISTRICT 9510 as your group to walk with on the day (or your Own Club or one you are connected to if it has its own banner) when you click on:-
